How to reach Numbox
One email address covers everything: [email protected]. There is no account, no ticket system and no support phone number to call.
What we can help with
Write to us if a phone number on the site stopped receiving, if a country page shows numbers that never deliver a code, or if something on the site is broken. Tell us which number you used and roughly when you tried — that is usually enough for us to find it.
We also read reports of misuse. If someone is using a shared number on this site to harass a person or to sign up for something that harms others, send the number and what you saw.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover an account you registered with a shared number. The number is not yours, it rotates, and anyone who opens the same inbox reads the same messages — that is how these numbers work, and it is why they suit one-time verification and nothing more.
We cannot delete a message from a shared inbox on request, and we cannot tell you who else used a number. We do not hold that link.
We cannot promise that a given service will accept a temporary number. Some apps check a phone number before they send anything, and that decision belongs to them, not to us.
Response times
We read the mailbox on working days and answer in the order the mail arrives. If your question is about a code that has not arrived, do not wait for us: pick another active number from the US phone numbers or Canada phone numbers page and try again — that solves it faster than any reply.
For anything that has to stay private, do not use a shared number at all. A private number costs about $1 for 20 minutes and refunds automatically if the code never arrives.
